Before entering real estate, Bobby spent more than 25 years in retail management, where he developed exceptional customer service skills, strong leadership, and a reputation for putting people first. Since launching his real estate career in 2004, he has built his business on trust, integrity, and the belief that every client deserves personalized guidance through one of life's biggest financial and emotional decisions.

He has been happily married to his wife, Tamela, for more than 30 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Cassie and Trinity, and a grateful grandfather to Scarlett and Everett.
